The scheme administrator will be having a holiday break and be shut from Friday 25th December 2020 and will reopen on Tuesday, 5th January 2021. Please submit any payment requests by Friday 18th December 2020 and pleasure ensure the paperwork meets the Schemes payment criteria.

However, if you have any enquiries, Helpline will remain available over their usual hours from 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
