How you login to Member Online has changed

We have made some important changes to ensure your personal information is protected. There is now an additional security step which is required to verify your login. This is a temporary code you are prompted to enter when you log in. When you log in for the first time you will be guided through the set up process, this takes approximately two minutes.

You will be asked to choose if you want the codes sent to you via email or SMS. When prompted you will need to enter the temporary code in order to access your account online.
