RBF has an overarching Governance Policy that provides guidance from the Chair of the Commission to the Director. RBF is not subject to supervision by the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA). However, RBF seeks to comply, as far as practicable, with the guidance provided by APRA to regulated funds.

RBF reviews all its policies at least annually or as required by changes to legislation or other factors.
