How do I get a new PIN?

Forgotten your PIN to access your member account online?

If you've provided an email address to the Scheme, you can reset your PIN yourself by following the link to 'Reset PIN' from the member sign-in box. An email will be sent to you allowing you to choose a new PIN.

You can change your PIN anytime by signing in to your member account and heading the the 'Change your PIN' section (under 'Personal details').

Or, if you're completely stuck, call us on 1300 307 844 and one of our call centre staff will provide you with a new PIN.
